Today the Government has finally regulated all the procedures directed to increase of statutory capital of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC. The Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko announced to a briefing on the results of Governmental sitting. 

“Today we have regulated all the details, all the procedures and by the end of week the whole amount of securities will be included into statutory capital of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC and then these securities will get to the open market,” Yulia Tymoshenko explained. 

The Head of Government said the funds of additional statutory capital of Naftogaz of Ukraine will be directed to normal financial functioning of the company, notably to returning of term credits, pumping up of natural gas etc. 

“By increasing the statutory capital of Naftogaz NJSC we can strengthen the financial state of the state corporation, we will ensure its complete solvency,” the Premier stressed.
