The People’s deputies voted for adoption of draft bill that forbids assignation of the Ukrainian gas transport system to Russian Federation. The ForUm’s correspondent informed.
430 people’s deputies voted for correspondent changes.
As the BYuT leader informed, the given document foresees that “merger, reorganization, joining, division, allocation and transformation of enterprises of main pipeline transport privatization are forbidden.”
This document also foresees that “property amortization of main pipeline transport, its transmission to the balance in concession, rent, lease, to pawn, to transmit to nominal fund… other legal acts that can lead to property and shares amortization of the enterprises and gas storehouses are forbidden.”
