Within
nearest weeks the Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC is planning to conclude additional
agreements to the contracts for gas supplies, signed in January of 2009. First
Deputy Head of Board of the Naftogaz of Ukraine Ihor Didenko informed to a media conference today.
“The contracts
clinched in January are in the operating mode of their optimization now. We
have an intention to sign additional agreements within the nearest time so that
the politicians had no doubts concerning these or those points of the
contracts,” Ihor Didenko
stressed.
He also
reminded the day before the Naftogaz of Ukraine and Gazprom company
had signed Technical Agreement for realization of provisions of the Contracts
for purchase and transit of gas for 2009-2019. “It means firstly we wished to
sign the Technical Agreement and then to transfer to formalization and
improvement of the contracts,” Ihor Didenko clarified and added that the Technical Agreement
clearly regulates technological processes of gas calculation, measuring of
qualitative showings. According to him, specialists of both the Naftogaz of
Ukraine and Gazprom company had been working over this
instrument.
