Participants: The Conference was attended by 450 participants.
In the framework of the Conference FGL Energy was responsible for following event activities:
- Preparation and sending out of invitations for potential participants;
- Venue and accommodations for the participants;
- Conference technical support (necessary equipment, simultaneous translation);
- Preparation of press releases, organization of press-conference;
- Logistics and transport;
- Creation of the Conference webpage on the website of the Delegation of the European Commission to Ukraine;
- Catering;
- Participant registration and organization support during the conference.
