International Conference: “Advancing EU-Ukraine Research Cooperation. JSO-ERA Project Results and Achievements” – Kyiv, November 10, 2011
International Conference, organised by the EU-funded project Joint Support Office for Enhancing Ukraine’s Integration into the European Research Area (JSO-ERA) was successfully held on the 10th of November 2011.

Participants: the Conference was attended by more than 150 participants, including representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sport of Ukraine, Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, leaders of the scientific and research organisations, principals of the Ukrainian universities, representatives of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, FP7 National Contact Points, experts of the JSO-ERA Projects.
In the framework of the Conference, FGL Energy was responsible for:
- Marketing and promoting the Conference to the target audience;
- Sending out invitations to participants, potential sponsors and speakers;
- Arranging catering services, venue and accommodation for the participants;
- Providing technical support (multimedia and simultaneous interpretation equipment);
- Preparing press announcements and press releases, organising the press conference attended by 66 journalists;
- Arranging photo shooting, logistics and transfers, registering participants and accrediting journalists;
- Preparing and distributing the Conference kits to participants: agendas, bags, badges, name plates, etc;
- Ensuring event visibility (design and production of banners, signages, etc.);
- Carrying out the follow-up activities: uploading photo gallery and Conference Materials on the website, media monitoring.
