The main task for FGL Energy was the elaboration of the communication plan of the EC project in Central Asia and determination of communicational tools.
In a framework of the project FGL Energy developed communicational plan, determined objectives and tasks for every target group, emphasizing on advantages and benefits of EU project’s realization.
FGL Energy also analyzed all communicational channels, available tools, developed communicational matrix for internal and external communications, selected the most effective Mass Media, and also proposed the set of communicational actions to be undertaken during the project’s life in order to achieve the overall goal of the project.
