Participants: The Meeting was attended by 26 representatives of the ASIA-INVEST Advisory Committee from the EU and Asia. The Advisory Committee Meeting was organised in the framework of the Asian Investment Forum 2005.

- Preparation and sending out of invitations for potential participants;
- Venue and accommodations for the participants;
- Meeting technical support (necessary equipment, simultaneous translation);
- Production of printed materials;
- Logistics and transport;
- Catering;
- Participant registration and organization support during the Meeting.
